Brilliant service.
Had a leaky toilet. Phoned up, got through to an actual person, explained the issue. Got a quote which was acceptable. Booked an appointment within a few days. Agreed a date and a reasonable time window. Plumber arrived at agreed time, ascertained the problem, informed me of timescales, went and got a part, fitted it. No drama, no ‘ooooh this is going take a few days’. Plumber was pleasant and polite, completed the job, left the site tidy.
